Besides the best selection and best price we understand very well that once you purchase a product you would like to have it delivered as quickly as possible so that you can enjoy the benefits of your purchase. Of course it is our intention to support you in that expectation. As well we want to ensure that you not only get your product as quickly as possible, but you get exactly what you ordered and it arrives in the condition you and we expect.

Delivery estimates
Our selections and the prices we are able to offer generate a lot of interest. As a general rule all orders are confirmed within 1-2 business days and a tracking number is provided. Because of normally high volumes and international sourcing the process of orders and final shipment to our customers typically takes 15-20 business days (three to four weeks). Orders are not shipped nor delivered on weekends or holidays. For most products a tracking number will be emailed to you within a few days of shipping so you can follow the progress of your order. In most cases products are delivered in less time but if we are experiencing an especially high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed.
Further it is important during current circumstances to recognize that there may be occasions where delays in shipping result from regional, country or global events/circumstances, including political, social and health related issues, that are beyond the control of the shipper, manufacturer or ourselves and despite best efforts some delays may occur regardless. By way of example if the destination country for some reason or other has imposed restrictions on transportation. Of course in all cases our manufacturing partners, distribution centers and shippers will continue to work hard to get you your order as soon as possible.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will be active within 1-2 days.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Basic Breather is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Please note that when products cross borders there may be some delivery delay while your local customs’ authorities process your order. Typically the delay is short though depending on the time of year the process might take a little longer.
Damages
Basic Breather is not liable for any products damaged or lost or delayed DURING OR AS A CONSEQUENCE OF shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
